Ritchel began her career as a Technical Support and Implementation Specialist before transitioning into a Project Manager role with one of Canada's leading healthcare vendors. In this capacity, she gained valuable experience in the healthcare industry, specializing in vendor integration to enhance alarm management systems and prioritize patient safety.

As a Project Manager, Ritchel applies her expertise to oversee the successful implementation of the Timeless Medical Systems Nutrition Platform. She works closely with both internal teams and external partners to ensure high standards are met for all project implementations.
