"Ken Kiley has a proven track record of success in the medical field, having worked extensively with hospitals across the United States. His roles have included Medical Device Sales Specialist, Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist, National Sales Trainer, and Sales Manager. Throughout his career, he has engaged and interacted daily with surgeons of all specialties and clinical nursing staff to provide value-added products and services. Ken has been responsible for end-user product training to ensure staff safety protocols were compliant and adhered to, and he has also led the reporting of any adverse events associated with the products he represented.
Currently, Ken is the Senior Sales Manager for Timeless Medical Systems, where he has ownership of and responsibility for the West Coast USA, including Hawaii and Alaska. In this role, he supports and assists hospitals of all sizes. His current focus is on helping hospital clients implement the Timeless Medical Women & Infants System, with the goal of improving and streamlining workflow processes and identifying gaps in workflows. Ken is passionate about addressing challenges that clinical and nutrition staff are experiencing regarding patient safety issues, and he takes great pride in his customer care even after the sale transitions to the support team."
