With over six years of experience as a Software Developer, I have developed a deep expertise in building transactional products such as Billing, CRM, and MIS systems. During this time, I progressed to a Senior Developer role where I led a team and managed project development efforts.
At Timeless, I began as a Software Developer before transitioning into an Implementation Engineer role. In this capacity, I worked on deploying Timeless applications, including TMNP and MBMS, to customer environments. My responsibilities included configuring servers, setting up SSL, SSO, LDAP, and more. This hands-on experience sparked my passion for implementation and inspired me to pursue it as a long-term career path.
Currently, as an Implementation Manager, I lead a team of Technical Specialists, ensuring seamless and successful deployments for both current and future customers. My focus is on improving team efficiency by creating tools that automate time-consuming processes, ultimately enhancing the customer experience. I am also dedicated to developing standardized documentation for recurring processes to support onboarding new team members and providing a valuable resource for our existing team.
My goal is to continuously streamline workflows and drive innovation, making a lasting impact on the success of our customers and the growth of our team.
