Jodi is a seasoned professional driven by a passion for improving healthcare through both clinical expertise and technological innovation. Her diverse background seamlessly bridges pediatric nursing and healthcare technology. As a registered nurse, she gained invaluable experience in both inpatient at St. John’s Hospital a member of Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) and outpatient settings at University of Chicago, providing her with a deep understanding of patient care and fueling her desire to empower other nurses. Recognizing the growing importance of technology, she transitioned into nursing education at Johns Hopkins All Children's and CoxHealth Hospitals, focusing on equipping nurses with both clinical proficiency and the ability to effectively utilize technology. This passion led her into IT, where she honed her skills in software support, security, and privacy. Notably, she played a key role in supporting Timeless Medical Systems applications at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital, demonstrating her commitment to advancing healthcare through technology and contributing to the efficient and secure delivery of patient care.
Jodi brought her unique blend of clinical and technical expertise to Timeless Medical Systems, initially joining as a Solutions Engineer. In this role, she served as a crucial liaison to customers, addressing security, privacy, and technical considerations during the sales process. Her commitment to safeguarding sensitive information led to her transition into the HIPAA Officer role, where she further deepened her understanding of regulatory compliance. Driven by a passion to strengthen customer relationships and enhance their journey, she then assumed the role of Information Security Program Manager, taking ownership of the company's security, privacy, and overall compliance strategy.
