Job Summary

Your employment duties will consist of a Product Manager as required by the Company and listed below. This list is not to be taken as fixed or exhaustive however, and you will be expected to perform any reasonable employment task given by a leader.

As a Product Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of a product line including the coordination of activities across various departments. The Product Manager will need to ensure open communication with clients to ensure the future growth of the product meets market demands while ensuring quality and integrity of features and components. They will be responsible to ensure successful implementation and adoption of product by clients. They will work with the Technology, Sales, and Client Services teams to build and enhance products from existing ideas and help develop new concepts based on industry research and the needs of customers and prospects.

Job Duties

  • Being accountable for the success of new product initiatives
  • Become the subject matter expert regarding company product and the go-to resource for team members
  • Working with the organization to identify opportunities and validate new features as well as analyze feedback on features that have been released
  • Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research using multiple channels supported by on-going contact with customers and prospects
  • Collaborate with project managers, system owners, and end users to further refine product requirements and goals
  • Analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of product processes and develop strategies for enhancing them
  • Identify omissions and errors in product requirements by conducting feasibility studies
  • Design, develop, and distribute documentation related to product functionality
  • Provide consultative support to the executive team and other strategic decision-making groups
  • Ensure quality of product through requirements gathering and testing to ensure developer updates meet the business need identified and documented

Job Requirements

  • Education or experience in the Information Technology Industry
  • Education or experience in the Medical Sciences Industry (preferred)
  • 2 Years Related Experience, in software product development or health informatics
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • High flexibility with strong interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse environment
  • High level of integrity and work ethic
  • Demonstrated time management skills
  • Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies
  • Knowledge of standard project management software (Word, Excel, Access, MS Teams, Google Suite)


Work Conditions
