This robust system is designed to facilitate ease of collaboration by allowing instant communication, file sharing, memos and more. Calendar functions, which include the ability to set milestones and deadlines, allow everyone to stay on top of current events and deliverables. The Timeless Project Management System has been built for ease of use and consists of an intuitive graphical user interface and navigation menu. It is very easy to share resources with other members of a project team. Literally any type of file can be posted, sent or shared with other team members. This includes any word document, power point document, videos and other such files. Files can be shared between as many, or as few, members of the team as requested.
Timeless role level security allows an administrator to assign permissions to each user, giving them different access rights to each project. The main login screen allows users to track recent activities relevant to them.
Administrators can easily create and manage new projects, organizations and members.
The Timeless Project Management System is a Canadian product, designed in conjunction with a Canadian Research University. All information housed within the system is hosted in Canada by Timeless Medical Systems Secure Servers. Timeless has extensive experience housing secure and sensitive information having housed hundreds of terabytes of critical data for over 500 companies, while performing millions of backups.
