The Nova Scotia Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (NSAMRT) sought out the services of Timeless Medical Systems (Timeless) to build a comprehensive member management system to meet their information tracking needs in February of 2008.

The Timeless Health Professional Membership System has now successfully completed its beta form of customization and is now in use by the NSAMRT and their over 550 members in Nova Scotia who specialize in various fields of medical radiation technology.

The Timeless Health Professionals Membership System is an online system designed to lighten the administrative load of the NSAMRT. It allows members to logon and update their information anywhere they have access to a computer with an active internet connection.

The system allows customizable member fields, processes member renewals, provides reporting capabilities (such as Health Human Resource Forecasting) and easily integrates with outside information systems, such as those required by the Canadian Institute for Health Information’s (CIHI) Health Human Resources Database Development Project.

About the NSAMRT:

The Nova Scotia Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (NSAMRT) represents over 550 members in Nova Scotia in various fields of medical radiation technology. They are involved in total patient management, from diagnosis to treatment, and directly influence patient management. Many members of the association are also involved in important research and in public education of many current health care issues. There are primarily four divisions within the field which include, Radiological Technologists, Radiation Therapists, and Nuclear Medicine Technologists & Magnetic
Resonance Imaging Technologists.
